Through the Employment Assistance Fund, eligible employees can access up to $1,770.44 a year toward workplace coaching. Here is how it works, and how we help you every step of the way.
The Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) is an Australian Government initiative that helps employees with disability, including many neurodivergent professionals, access workplace adjustments and specialist support. Workplace coaching is funded under the Specialist Mental Health Support category, and it is designed to help you perform at your best, with more confidence and less stress.

Most people accessing this support are employed professionals who want practical tools to work with their brain, not against it.
You do not have to disclose your diagnosis to your employer to access this funding. Your employer is only asked to confirm your employment. If you would prefer not to disclose, you can call JobAccess on 1800 464 800 to discuss possible exemptions, and we are happy to help you navigate this.
