This microcredential recognises learners’ foundational knowledge of neurodiversity in the workplace. It validates their understanding of key terminology, strengths and challenges neurodivergent individuals face, and how language, communication, and sensory needs impact inclusion. Learners have explored equity vs. equality and gender-based diagnostic disparities. They are equipped with essential skills to foster inclusive, supportive, and effective workplaces.

This microcredential recognises learners as Neuro-Inclusion Champions, demonstrating advanced knowledge of neurodiversity in the workplace. They have mastered key terminology, strengths and challenges, and the impact of language, communication, and sensory needs on inclusion. Learners understand equity vs. equality, gender-based diagnostic disparities, and best practices for fostering inclusion. They are equipped to advocate for and drive meaningful neuro-inclusive change.

We equip participants with the skills to become more self-sufficient, bolster confidence in their employment journey, and recognise when accommodations may be necessary.
